Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 unless otherwise arranged.

Reservations:

Reservations are based on double occupancy per room one night's deposit may be charged to hold reservation.

Check-in/out:

Check-in time 4:00 – 6:00pm Check-out time is 11:00am

Smoking:

Smoking is permitted outside on the patio, or in the garden.

Pets:

No pets please (we already have 3!) The family guard dog “Duke” and felines Ginger and Chloe are contained in the host suite.

Cancellation:

14 days notice please.
